Cancellations
24-hour notice required for all cancellations. A $65 late cancel/no-show fee applies to missed appointments.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Pickup must be within 30 minutes of completion. Late pickup fee: $1/min.
Matted Coats
We do not perform heavy de-matting for pet comfort. Shaving may be required. Extra charges apply for matted coats.
Health & Safety
Current Rabies vaccination required. Please inform us of any health conditions or behavioral concerns beforehand.
